Moving in the Shire of Toodyay
The Shire of Toodyay is based around the historic town of Toodyay. Local areas include Toodyay, West Toodyay, Coondle, Bejoording, Culham, Hoddys Well, Morangup, Julimar, Nunile and Wattening.
I work across this area with Brookwood Realty.
Life in the Shire of Toodyay
Toodyay is about 80 km north-east of Perth, around an hour’s drive, in the Avon Valley. Its colonial and convict-era buildings give the town real character. The Newcastle Gaol Museum tells the story of the bushranger Moondyne Joe, and Connor’s Mill is another piece of local history.
The Bilya Walk Track follows the Avon River past town to year-round pools such as Millard’s Pool and Red Bank Pool. From August to November, the nature reserves around Toodyay fill with wildflowers. Pelham Lookout looks over the town and is a quiet spot for stargazing. Cafes, pubs, wineries and local producers round it out.

Every property I take on is photographed by me, with drone photography where it suits, so it is shown properly from the first day.
