About Brent
I grew up in Mahogany Creek and I live in Chidlow, so the Perth Hills and the country around them are home, not just a patch I work.
I started in real estate in 2005 with a boutique agency in the Hills. For more than a decade I have been Brookwood Realty’s photographer and marketing coordinator, and today I bring all of that back into sales. I shoot the photography and fly the drone for our listings, so the way your property looks online is something I take care of myself.
My background includes electronics, civil and structural drafting, and mining. It’s why I like details, plans and getting the facts right.
My approach is a conversation first. Before anything is listed, we talk about your property, your timing and what a good move looks like for you. I work across the Shire of Mundaring, the City of Swan, the Shire of Northam, the Shire of Toodyay and the City of Kalamunda.
I’m not here to push you into anything. If you’re weighing up a move, I’d rather sit down, understand what you’re planning, and give you clear advice about your options, even if that means telling you to wait. When the time is right, I’ll be ready.
Ready to talk about your move? Call me on 0407 564 677 or email brent@brookwoodrealty.com.au.
